| Question: |
How do I renew materials on-line? |
| Answer: |
- Click on “catalog” on the blue menu bar near the top of the screen
- Once Iluminar has loaded you will see on the left side of the screen, a “Select your library” box, make sure “La Crosse County Library” is selected
- Enter your library barcode number (no spaces)
- Enter your PIN number (usually the last 4 digits of your telephone number)
- Click “login”
- Near the top of the screen, just below “Welcome [your name]”, click on “My account”
- Under “My Profile” click on “Items out”
- On the page listing the items checked out to you, those which can be renewed say “Renew” in blue letters in the right hand column. Simply click on the word “Renew” for each item you wish to renew
- If the word “Renew” does not appear in that right hand column, then the item cannot be renewed.
